Have you ever wanted to get into running, but the idea feels overwhelming? Where do you begin? What if you’re too slow? What if everyone else is already fit? The First Mile, a free community-based intro to running program. This isn't about being fast or perfect—it's about showing up, finding your pace, and discovering that running is for everyone.
Tuesday, 6:15pm: 6RUN5
Come run with Nashville's hottest run club. Every Tuesday night. Meet at 6:pm The run starts at 6:15pm from The Exchange with 2 or 4 mile routes. Nobody gets left behind.
Wednesday, 6:00am & 6:30pm: Speed Session
Weekly speed workouts designed to get you faster.
Friday, 6:30am: THE WKND WARMUP
The Best Start To The Weekend. Join us early Friday morning at The Exchange in East Nash. 3 + 5 mile routes (warm up pace - warning: there are hills). After the run, treat yourself to free waffles and a coffee from El Gato Negro.
Saturday, 7:00am: The Long Run
Homies don't let homies run by themselves. Run starts and finishes at The Exchange. Pace groups available for under 8:00 min, 8:00 - 9:00 min, 9:00 - 10:00 min, 10:00 - 11:00 min, and 11:00 min and up. ELTW.
