You are the hero of your story. We are just here to help make you feel like one.

The Exchange Experience

At The Exchange Running Collective, we believe finding the right shoe starts with understanding you.

Rather than relying on scanners and AI, we focus on real human connection.

Our team strives for unreasonable hospitality. We all love running and are equally passionate about helping you reach your running goals.

1. Get to Know You

We start with you. Your activity, your goals, what's bugging you. Runner, walker or just on your feet all day, it doesn't matter. This is your story: we're listening.

2. Observe Your Movement

We’ll watch you walk and assess how your feet, ankles, and knees move. This helps us better understand your stride and what your feet need.

3. Find the Right Fit

Using what we learn, we’ll recommend shoes that match your movement, goals, and preferences. Try them out and become the local legend of the blue loop. We fit for comfort, style and what will get you stoked to get out and run.

4. Fine-Tune the Experience

Your feedback matters. We’ll answer your questions, make adjustments, and help you find the gear that works best for you.

5. Come back &
run with us

Running is better together. You don't need to be a member to run with The Exchange. Our community runs are open to everyone, from first timers to the seasoned marathoner. Check out our community events calendar to learn more.

The Exchange Experience pairs real human connection with expert observation and personalized recommendations to help you move with comfort and confidence. We look forward to serving you.
